Apart from a Skoda dealer, where can I buy a set of the Nylon Studs that push into the rear brake back plate that allows the brake shoes to slide on.

I got a dozen form here recently. Postage (min £4.95 ISTR) knocks the price a bit high unless you are getting other stuff at the same time. They'll get anything genuine you want, so have a think about nuts and bolts or anything else and just stick part number in their search box.
