Connectivity Samsung galaxy A10 Bluetooth

Have a new Samsung Galaxy A10 won’t connect to my Fabia , both car and mobile are only around two weeks old. Tried at the dealership, kept dropping out, they thought it must be a faulty mobile so had it replaced for new A10, still didn’t work, my I phone connects fine, my A10 works on Sons Ford, no problem. Spent an hour on Samsung chat line, tried to connect, no joy, said it must be the Fabia ? Is it the mobile or the car. WillI ever find out?????

we tried with the USB cable sometime it works but most of the time it doesn’t. 

Ehere do I go next? Anyone out there that can help.
