They are Japanese Youth gangs, who do razy, and quite often illegal things to mopeds, vans and cars, just to see if they can get away with not getting caught, and to show to other gangs that they don't care, and are the badder than the others.

And yes, I believe that one is in Worsely/Leigh/Swinton, or somewhere arround that part of Greater Manc, I'm sure my boss said it was parked near his house.

i saw a pink one driving into teesside park off the A66 near middlesbrough about 3 days ago.. it looked stupid but was definatley turning heads!
