Mailbox message count quota exceeded

Featured Replies

Arghhhh

we are not receiving email at work if you try you instantly get a reply saying

Mailbox message count quota exceeded

its not just me but everybody

anybody able to point me in the right direction to fixing this

we are using exchange on 2003 sbs

we have a support contract with sombody who are supposed to be looking into it but they dont seem to be doing much about it

and they want me to renew the contract with them as its due to expire :finger:

I can't help - hopefully someone else will come along - but wonder if you (everyone) can archive some existing messages soonest to clear some space and perhaps stop some repeating spam generally (do you have a business equivalent of Mailwasher to stop this); also a monitoring facility to see how much space is available ongoing) - in other words, what you'd do on a standalone computer.

Please treat this as a bump really.

Regards

Mo
