One of my daytime running ights is out and I have the warning light displayed. I want to change both of them but how do I get at them?

Pull really hard

Dont worry about breaking them they are quite tough

It pulls from the outer edge the side closer to the number plate on both sides. There was a bit of swearing when it gives, as you catch your hand somewhere when it pops. Then the lamp unit has a clip as you can see in the video 

Warm them up with a heat gun, or if the wife is preoccupied, her hairdryer.
