coding for VRS projectors as DRL light

Hello guys,

 

The title says it all. I want to make the projectors on my octavia VRS to work like DRL's but at 50% of the full light, and only the exterior one, not the interior one. Can anyone help me with the coding via VCDS or OBDEleven ? I would pretty much appreciate it.
