I have no alarm sound when i open Or close the car By remot key..

That is normal.

 

Test the alarm by:

 

1. Lock car with remote, wait 30 seconds then open door with actual key.  Press remote unlock to cancel siren.

2. Lower any window and lock car with remote, wait 30 seconds then wave an arm inside open window.  Press remote unlock to cancel siren.

3. To disable the interior motion sensor e.g. if you have a dog inside or leaving open window and don't want wind to trigger the alarm, press a small button on the driver's seat back before using the remote.

If you mean that you don't have a "chirp" sound when you press open or close on the remote, then I believe this can be programmed on and off.

In the UK it was set to on when my Octavia was delivered and switchable is on/off through the display on the Fabia.

Can probably be changed to on using the Carista app but I have not checked. The 2010 year is a changeover year for features.
