Hi guys does anybody know what these seat sport intercooler  are like to fit 

Fitted one with darkside pipes about a year ago on my ibiza

 

On a fabia you might need to cut the crash bar a bit and you will almost certainly need to cut the bumper. You could swap to Ibiza crash bar

 

The spandard pipes that come with it are apparently like pd130 ones with extruded aluminium lugs that wear and pipes leak/ blow off. Would reccomend aftermarket pipes

 

The IC itself fits easilly on my Ibiza with the correct mounting brackets, one on either side.

 

It way well take a bit of fiddling around so you might struggle to get it all done in one day if you find you need extra parts etc.

 

I used a reducing 90 degree elbow with a bayonet adapter from forge to fit into the standard EGR. Most people use an EGR delete at this stage and just whach whichever pipe fits on that

 

On the turbo end i used another reducing 90 degrees silicone elbow fitted to the standard turbo connector.

 

Took me a while to figure out exact pipes and clamps i needed but i was in no hurry. has worked perfectly since

You definitely want the ibiza crash bar the fabia one needs massive modification.

 

you can get an aftermarket seat sport one on ebay

 

or there is this option might get away with fabia crash bar with it, looks not bad

That's down to how well it gets remapped really.

You may not require the uprated injectors with that turbo

 

have you uprated the clutch and flywheel?

Yeah mate exedy first mod I done 

Exedy are usually JDM aftermarket never knew they made one for the Fabia 🤯

They make an OEM replacement clutch but not an uprated unit.

Pretty pointless since it's not an upgrade but I guess it's another magic cheese label for the rear window.

I doubt there's much to worry about, this is all pub talk and trousers anyway, a collection of random phrases picked up and regurgitated, most of which refer to Jap import petrol tuning nonsense and are not relevant to PD tuning in this context.
