Hello i have a skoda Fabia mk1 2004 1.4. How do i remove the engine cover on this ? I dont see any skrews but when i pull it feels very stuck.

Pull very hard and it will pop off, it's not bolted or screwed. Try one corner, top right, first if I remember correctly.

 

When you've put a plaster on your grazed knuckles remember to check that you haven't pulled any hoses off.

 

A smear of vaseline on the rubber bushes will aid refitting and future removel

ok thanks im gona try that, i want to change the coolant temp sensor and i think its under there.

I seem to remember trying to get the 2 sides at the front free first as they are closer to you, though one or both end up reseating when you get the rear ones up. Just start rocking the one on your left facing you up and down increasing the effort until the first peg comes free, then you know it is possible and can repeat that with the others, there will be a small air hose to pull off before you can walk away with the cover/filter.
