Clocking Pd150 turbo on fabia vrs! HOW!!!!! I’m struggling to get to the top bolt!

Featured Replies

Pd150 turbo needs clocking as it’s boost pipe is rubbing on my driveshaft and causing a boost leak, how do I get to the top bolt on the turbo to clock it

You need to remove the exhaust manifold complete with the turbo, clock it then refit it all.

Shoulda clocked it when it was originally fitted.

Your turbo does not need clocking. If it is on the car and working then the issue is the boost pipe is too close to the driveshaft. This can happen you will have to shorten the pipe running towards the intercooler i would imagine you are running an aftermarket intercooler by the sounds of things

i suggest you put the bolts back in that you have removed

An inch off the pipe will do the trick
