Removal of factory exhaust - FL230. Easy to do?

Hi everyone

 

I'm looking to add more of the famous DSG farts with a new exhaust as I've got my eye on the Scorpion resonated cat-back system.

 

Before I pull the trigger, what is removal of the factory OEM exhaust like?

 

Is it just a matter of unbolting the factory system by removing the pipes, removing the clamps and mufflers off the rubber hanger mounts?

 

And then do the same in reverse to install the new system.

 

I would like to avoid any cutting (which I am certain there is none, unless you removed the resonator completely) so it's easy enough to re-install the factory exhaust should I sell the car.
