hello just wanted to ask if anyone would know how to disconnect this tube? And maybe anyone knows what is this tube? Thank you.

 

Also maybe anyone got any ideas of routing the positive feed from the battery to the boot of the car?

BTW forgot to mention that its under the glove box

Rear washer water feed, I think. Could go through same hole. Make sure you put a fuse near the battery for any added wire - current rating as per what the wire is rated at. Fire-risk otherwise.

Thank you, how can I disconnect it as I am thinking to enlarge that hole for the positive wire

There's a click together/pull apart connection just the engine-bay side of the firewall.
