Even MR51 NGH went for an astonishing

I couldn't even see Singh in the plate the first time it came up.

I hope Mr Singh uses correct numberplate spacing. :D

S1NGH went for a fair bob too. IIRC around £100k. The chap who's got this plate just lives down the road from me.

Strange that S1 NGH went for less than 51 NGH though - spend more so that you have to make a 5 look like an S

Steve

Yeah, but it got sold a very long time ago... around 8yrs + I think.

some asian families have lots and lots of money and from my experience asians indulge in more bling than anyone in certain ways, you only have to go to an indian wedding to see what i mean!

Peanuts

The number '8' went for a cool $1million in 1994 in Japan.

Isnt that a lucky number in Japan or did I just make that completly up

Correct. It's meant to bring good life & wealth. (unless you have a number plate fettish) :D

Surely he would of been wealthier with the $1 million, instead of blowing it on a plate  :D
