PLEASE HELP! V Band turbo clamp on 1.9 TDi BLS engine

Hi, I have had to replace my 1.9 engine and now the only thing holding me back is I have a major exhaust leak where the car now sounds like a tractor!

Can someone please tell me should the V band clamp go over from the turbo side right over to the DPF (With the gasket in between?)

(See attached pic, should it just stay in the green section or go right over to the red)

I'm having real issues doing this and doing it from the ground it is quite fiddly, I left it with my local exhaust centre who said they couldn't see anything wrong (which is a joke lol)

Any help appreciated
