Hi Everyone. I am new and am looking some advice. I have a skoda citigo 1ltr dated 2013. I have had the car 3 years and recently have noticed a very random whistle/whine noise when I'm in certain places of a road. Esp in second gear. When I change into first it goes away. I have taken it to get looked at and the mechanics tell me they can see nothing wrong and they dont hear the noise. 

 

Before I took the car to the garage I was hoping to record the noise but it course it did not do it at this point. However this morning I thought I would record it and alas the whistle/whine was heard and recorded. Hopefully I can attach it so you guys can maybe give me a wee idea what you think it could be. The noise happens around 1 minute and 22 seconds.

I just dragged an MP3  file onto a reply box, using Firefox on a PC, just as a test. The reply box says "Drag files here to attach, or choose files..."

 

Can you access and play the file?
