What can be added to an SE?

I’ve got a “basic” 2.0 TDi 4x4 SE Karoq, it was a pre-registered car so no chance to add any options so I was wondering if anything system wise can be added with the appropriate diagnostic tool.  Specifically I was wondering if the 4x4 mode setting screen can be added, with or without the switch by the park brake button assuming the wiring is under the blanking plate.


Anything else that can be added?
