Hi Guys.

First my engine brake check light came on then two months later my engine check light came on. Car was serviced 3 motns ago (2k). Just wondering if the two are realted?

If not what is the most common cause and how many years warrenty does my Skoda have? Someone has already suggested the air flow meter (can this be cleaned?)

The SkodaAuto warranty is 2 years unlimited mileage. Cars originally supplied new by SkodaAuto UK appointed retailer network have a further warranty valid until 60,000 miles or the end of the third year. The MAF can be cleaned using isopropanol alcohol (IPA). There is a guide somewhere here.
