Hello, I am kindly asking for help regarding replacing my damaged tailgate on a 2012 Yeti. I wonder whether the facelift tailgate can be considered, despite being of a different colour. Many thanks

The tailgate is the same except for the number plate recess,

We need a photo 🤣  I think the new tailgate looks better than the old one. There wont be many like yours knocking about so you should enjoy your designer Yeti.

Hi, 

The old tailgate was replaced with the new one, taken from a crashed vehicle. I was not told that there were any difficulties when fitting it.

Okay, I was just wondering if you know if the lights and interior trim was moved from the old tailgate or if they replaced everything?

 

When I look at replacements from crashed cars (here in Sweden) they all have the trim and stuff taken out. So I was thinking if that stuff are the same in the new model as in the old...
