Mirror Dip in Reverse

Featured Replies

Just looking at what I need to do to get the passenger mirror to dip in reverse and if it's possible with my mirrors. The mirror motor is a 4E0959577B, puddle lights, folding, heated and dimmable. It has 3 wires to the mirror motor itself. Do I need to change the mirror motor or is it just a case of turning it on in the programming? It's a 2019 Octavia Scout Mk3.

you can do it with VCDS or the equivalent. Only thing is sometimes it doesn't go back to where it, only once every so often.

Have a look on the VCDS list and see who's close to you

You need to change the motor for a 7 pin one to make it work. You can run the coding but it won’t remember the position it was last in nor can it be set.
