Hi - I recently purchased a shiny new IV4 and have set up Skoda Connect which largely works well. However when I turn on the ignition the Welcome User message shows my name and a Greyed out box that looks like it should should show an image,  In the setup for Connect it asks for "Nickname" and even mentions Avatar but there is no option to add an image.  My dealer thought it should be possible to add an image but was unable to find out how,  I rang Skoda Connect who told me that they didn't believe there is an option for an Avatar.  It is no big deal but if anyone knows how to do this it would be great.  Thanks in advance Colin

I got a Karoq this week with the Amundsen unit and while setting it up I ran into the same thing, the greyed out avatar would seem to suggest you can add an image but so far no joy. 

Anyone have a definitive answer as dealer seemed unsure?
