Has any one spotted the Sunroq concept on the Tour de France coverage ?

Model name corrected.

For the doctor's cars on previous tours, they used a VW or Audi convertible plastered with Skoda lettering because Skoda were a big sponsor.  

I just looked at the Sunroq online and the bootlid/hood cover is raised.  Will check again today but I can't place seeing it like that on the current tour car.

Yeah, I was thinking the same. The medic car seems to be a VW T-Roc Cabriolet to me, looking at the front end, despite the Skoda badging!
