Hello all,

Was wondering if i can get some advice if someone has been in the same situation as me.. 

 

I ordered from superskoda last month and got an email a couple of days later saying one item i ordered was out of stock and asking what i wanted to do. 

 

So i asked for a refund for the out of stock item and to send the other item. 

 

I recieved the item i bought but they have sent the wrong one. The invoice has the right item on it, the part numbers are the same part from one letter, so it looks like whoever picked it couldnt be bothered to check.... 

 

I have sent an email telling them about the mistake and they asked for photos, i sent a few photos. now radio silent for a couple of days... 

 

What i would like to know is how long does it normally take for refunds to go through? As im still waiting.. and how long does it normally take to them to reply/sort out a return?
