MF steering wheel buttons + retofit of BT HF unit

Hi, I can't do the confirmation button and the back button on the Skoda Rapid MF steering wheel. I had a BT HF and a new MF steering wheel installed in the car. Originally, the MF steering wheel had only audio and maxidot control. The left side of the MF buttons works normally. On the right, only scrolling in the phone menu and voice control button works. Can anyone advise me or solve it? Rapid is a 2013 model 2014. Radio Swing. Thank you.
