I am driving a FL Superb 190bhp/140kW petrol and it is less than a week old.

 

When accelerating from stop in D1 or D2 with speeds around 10~15km/h (<10mph), I can hear a rattling noise coming from the front of the car.

 

The noise is particularly obvious when driving in quiet surroundings.

 

I recorded the noise and it can be heard at the 1sec and 9sec mark of the recording and it lasts for that few seconds when the accelerator is depressed.

 

Any advice is much appreciated.

Could be a dual mass flywheel issue,

Best get the car to a Dealership and have them check the week old car.

Or have them come to you.
