Predictive Cruise Control on 16MY

Featured Replies

Hi everyone. I am a proud owner of a 16MY Superb L&K 2.0 TDI. Only had one drive in it but loving it already. I can see that I probably don't have traffic signs coming on my dash. The ACC with Lane assist is amazing and I want to take it one step further with PCC.

Is it possible to be added to my car? If yes how do I begin.

Thanks

No I don't think so. What's the difference between predictive cruise and adaptive cruise?

IIRC predictive cruise wasn't a factory option.

You can add traffic sign recognition using VCDS:

PCC uses satnav data to choose an appropriate speed for upcoming corners, roundabouts etc. It's on some of the VW Arteons :)

I've not heard of anyone retrofitting it yet. To start with, you need to compare modules HW/SW versions and coding with a car that does support PCC.

The next problem will be SWaP/FeC codes as I expect you'll need some extra ones installing. This may not be possible via VW/Skoda...

Don't mind paying for a fec. Seems like all the functionality already exists there, just needs to be computed.

I saw earlier in a forum someone mentioning that pacc had been retrofitted by a group of coders?
