Sat Nav failure - Columbus

Featured Replies

Hi all,

Skoda Superb Elegance MK II 2011 (Columbus SatNav)

Sat Nav screen opens to somewhere in Germany when entering UK post code, audio offers ferry info!  I've pressed Map, Map, GPS View and it says 0/9 satellites available.  Do I need to get another aerial, if so where's the best place and are they easy to fit?  (I know nothing about cars).

Sounds like a failed GPS antenna. Simplest way to check/fix is a new puck style one from eBay and just find somewhere under the dash to fit it. Search eBay for GPS fakra, prices are less than a fiver from China and a bit more for a UK delivery.
