Adjustment of headlights for use in the EU

Featured Replies

Evening all,

Does the Superb III 2019 SE L have the capability (via setup, VCDS or OBD11) to electronically move the headlights for driving on the EU continent, on the othe side of the road?

Thanks in advance

WB

Hi WB,

On my 2017 SEL there is an option under lights to switch the Xenon lights beam for use on the continent. I assume your SE L has Xenon as well?

Depends on the headlight type/variant fitted. Some can be adjusted others not.

Consult the downloadable owners manual for your build date to find out.

Thanks guys👍 much appreciated.

If you have xenons the lights should change from left hand to right hand traffic automatically using gps when you travel abroad.

As mulsoft says above you can change in the infotainment screen as well; Vehicle > Settings > Light > Travel Mode.

In my car (SE L 2017) it never worked automatically, might be an L&K thing.
