Hi all

 

The gloss black dsg  lever surround plate is badly scratched and previous owner looks like they tried to clean it but made it cloudy as well as scratched. I have minimal technical skills and wondered if it’s possible to get a replacement cover and if a skill less individual like me could fit it rather than a garage. If it is possible to change any idea on finding the part number 👍

A few members have posted where they have wrapped these bits with wrap sourced from ebay.  Appreciate you say you are not skilled... it did not look like difficult work... just time consuming perhaps.

 

This one is carbon fibre wrap... I would imagine you should be able to source wrap similar to what you need.
