Hi All, just a quick hi. I'm here to do some research before taking the plunge.

 

Moving to an Octavia or Fabia Estate from my Fiesta ST-2 (don't hate) to facilitate my real hobby which is riding bikes down hills. Ideally a Fabia VRS Estate as it's more practical but not far off as quick as my ST.

Octavia estate is what you need. I travelled from Cornwall to Perthshire last year with two XL frame 29ers in the back, with front wheels removed. You’ll get a couple of bikes on the roof of a Fabia estate but not inside. I’m riding on a full suspension eMTB now and the issue with that is lifting the thing to put it inside, let alone onto the roof!
