Wonder if someone might be able to help me with some VCDS coding for Longlife/Variable Servicing.

My local dealership appear to be having issues setting this - so thought I might look to resolve myself

 

I'm looking to code for 20,000 / 2yrs

 

I've found an old article that seems to point towards:

 

Select Control Module>17 Instruments>Adaptations>Select Channel>IDE-335-FIX-Maximum time until.....

 

There is then mention of ESI/FIX channels being for longlife and SIA being for fixed.

 

Just wondered if some VCDS experts might have some ideas?

VCDS should be able to put into longlife mode. Have a look at page 56

Seems to be a preset option.
