What did you do and which tool did you use? Depending on the tool, it may store the changes you made to restore the config.

 

If you have no backup, you'll need to take it to a dealer as only the Skoda/VW servers will have the original coding...

I've never used OBDeleven but I think there is a 'history' option.

 

You could also ask on their forum for support :)
