Hi, having seen useful information I thought joining would enable me to follow up any problems I might have with my October 2020 Kamiq SE 1.5.

 

Of course if I had read more before I bought my bargain showroom SE in haste I would have known that to get a height-adjustable passenger seat I would need an SEL!  My selling dealer tells me it's not a possible retro-fit but prior to buying my Kamiq a different dealer told me that it wasn't possible to retrofit an OE rear parking camera which picked up all the electrics; my selling dealer did so.

 

I've seen posts saying a non-factory fitted adjustable passenger seat is expensive but my purchase discount would mean a new seat would be worth it (if only to keep my wife happy!)

 

Anyone know a dealer who might supply/fit one?

Just call / email other Main Dealerships in your area or as far as you are prepared to travel.

Or find out about purchasing the parts and have VW Independent or maybe a Mobility / Vehicle Conversion Specialist fit it.
