I found this sticker in the radio book. Does anyone know if one of these is the code for the car key please? 😁

 I would suggest that that is the security code for the radio.

It's not for the keys. There would have originally been a tag with the keys that many early owners lost or out aside for safe keeping and forgot to include when selling the car. I know when I traded in one Fabia for another the dealer expressed surprise that the tag was still with the spare key. Skoda customer services or a dealer will be able to supply the code but will probably need the VIN.
