Mk2 Superb cr170 maf code

HI, my Superb is running well since it's AC compressor/condenser change but while diagnosing that issue there was a code for the MAF found. I also think it's using 'slightly' more fuel than it used to.

It's done 158,000 miles and otherwise runs well, should I just replace it?
