Looking at the thread re the Tom Tom some interesting points were made.

Bought a Garmin.Using the suction on the window in Jane's car.I have nicked the plastic disc mount for the dash in my car.Few questions though.

1.I thought thieves were looking for tell tale round circles on your window?

2.Wondering if the plastic disc on my dash will be a magnet for thieves too?

3.Police are being funny about certain mounting points re line of vision?I have plonked it in the middle of the dash.

I might send for another disc and remount.Unless anyone knows where you can buy incredibly strong adhesive pads so I can re use the current disc if I pull it off the dash ?

Get a new disk, £8 for 2.
