During 12 month (1st) service Rainworth Skoda were asked to check AM reception on my Symphony Head unit. Sorry sir we can find nothing wrong came the reply, it's just a poor reception area! Surely the whole of the UK is not a poor area any one had similar problems.

Is your FM poor too?

If so get them to check the connections to the arial.

FM perfect.

Can you get good AM in your house or another car.

If so try plugging in the head unit to another car see if it can pcik it up. Should help you to at least narrow down the problems.
