Featured Replies

Afternoon All, quick one plse! Picked my new Karoq 1.5 SE L the other day, and connecting up with my mobile phone on AA! However, when I press Menu, should there not be a Smartlink icon to select?

I notice on AA that there's Mirrorlink, but nowt happens when I click on it lol..

Many thanks in advance

Apologies, it's a Samsung S10, so android! Yes, all powers up ok, my Spotify (already set up) works fine, but keep hearing about this 'SmartLink', and can't see that anywhere, unless that's just a play on words!?

I can see there is Mirrorlink, but can't seem to access that! I guess on some videos I've seen, they show WhatsApp etc, but, again, can't see that icon anywhere..

Probably something and nothing tbh, just making sure I'm not missing out on anything lol!?

Smart link is the interface which facilitates android auto when you plug in or wirelessly connect your mobile phone to the system.
Additionally , depending on the type of the system your car has been provided with, you would be able to use infotainment and Skoda connect features.

Let’s do one thing -

go to this link (https://availability.skoda-auto.com/004/en-com#/)

and select country and provide your vin number. This will show all the services your car has been provided with. Check if your car has Skoda connect remote access and/ or Skoda connect infotainment only. We will take it on from there.
