I have a 2020 all new 1st.edition Octavia 1.5 SEL. Before that I had a 2019 Facelift version with the same engine. The 2019 car had ACT. My new car appears to be missing this function. How can I confirm if it does or doesn't  have ACT. Thanks.

Your car needs to be the specific SEL 1.5 ACT First edition for that functionality. If your ordered it specifically with that function then go back to your dealer and discuss with their sales team.

When active, you can see ECO inside a circle in the dash. It'll usually be when you're not pulling a lot of power from the engine
