Featured Replies

Hoie you csn help me 😁I've replaced the battery in my spare key fob however I can't get it to work? Any suggestions would be great.

Does the red LED illuminate when you press any of the buttons on the key fob?

Then either you have a duff battery or the battery hasn't been properly inserted.

Where did you get the battery from? The key fobs are incredibly sensitive to whether the battery is fresh and from a well known manufacturer - Duracell et all.

I would get a fresh battery made by a good manufacturer with a good long expiry date and try again - no I'm not kidding!

Hi, I've had a look and it's flashing red now.

Believe it or not there was a peel off protector on the back of the battery that we didn't notice 🤪

I'm away to try again

Great, it works. Apologies for not checking the back of the battery😂

Thanks for your help.

If it's any consolation I did exactly the same recently.  I also struggled with the childproof packaging :notme:
