Has anybody had any issues connecting there car to the Internet. The globe at the top of the screen is dark grey and it has a Esim. I have also tried connecting to my phone hotspot and my broadband hub but still no Internet. I have reset the car back to factory settings twice and still can't get it to connect to the Internet. Any advice on how to resolve this please?

Have you registered with skoda-connect.com. If the globe is gray you need to register at skoda-connect.com. for Internet. if you bought the car new its free for 1 year if not its £44. Esim is free for 10 years but only for ecall and proactive service

Service Scheduling, Breakdown Call, Info Call, Automatic Accident Notification. This is what Esim is nothing to do with the Internet

. But you still need a licence for Internet.

Hi thanks for your comment yes it was working OK until today now can't get it to work. I got the free 12 months but can't activate primary user at the moment as having issues with that. But when I got the car 25.1.21 the globe hasn't been dark grey and have had Internet access up until today. I have tried hotspot off my phone and tried the home Internet. But still stays dark grey 

Received our Kamiq MC 2 weeks ago and still can’t set up primary user either
