Picked up another addition to my VAG fleat today.

So now i have 2 corrado's

Been looking for a while for a VR6 corrado to add to my g60. Seams most corrado's are way over priced of in very poor condition these days.

Found one with 192k on the clock but was quite local so thought have a look and now it's on the drive . Was only 2k and in far better condition than all i had seen for 3-4k and engine is still sweet.

Give it a good clean and polish after getting it back this morning and here it is.

Exhaust was that dirty it took ages to clean then found it had a magnex sign on the tailpipe

Got to put my better spare headlights in tomorrow

Filter had to be put on as it was far to quiet

Gave the g60 a good clean as well before it goes off to the bodyshop

Im slowly realising that I cant get on without something VAG in my life.

My Fabia is a good car but i enjoy messing with the corrado's. Once the g60 is back from the bodyshop mate is re building the charger so should be good as new. Got loads of spares to sort out most of the little things that are broken on the vr then start cleaning all the engine bay.

Was offered quite a bit for the g60 but dont want to sell it.

Nice couple of cars, how do you insure all your cars? can you do them on one policey?

how do the two compare performance wise? Often wondered if I was going to have one, which of those 2 engines I'd go for... And you've gone and got one of each.

Out of the three the fabia is quicker but it has been to jabba with the g60 a very close second.

The VR6 has to be revved hard as most of it's power seams to be high up the rev range but now sounds superb with the filter on. Still love the sound of the g60 though. G60 is a lot better on fuel than the VR but not quite sure if the engine is standard on the G60 as it came from germany plus seams quicker than my brothers old stage 4 G60 corrado.

For insurance i have 3 seperate companies costing £1200 to insure all 3 but the corrado's are on 4k limited milage each.

Do they let you use NCD on more than one policy?

there are places that will mirror your NCD for 2nd and 3rd cars. but you only gain NCD on 1 of the cars

Why have you got 3 cars? You've only got one A55...
