Hi guys is the a how 2 on hpw to remove the chrome caps on the prefacelift head lamps. I had a quick look and noticed some springs holding it in place . Im going to throw a lick of paint over them while i get the bumpers painted. Also on that note is the lower chrome lip on the grill just clipped in ? Again trying to de chrome the car. 

If you're talking about the headlamp washer caps, it's really simple. The difficult part is pulling up the spring loaded washers without removing the bumper. I think the safest way is to get a mate to hit the washer in the cabin while you catch the washer stem when it pops out. After that, the cap can be removed easily. It's friction fit with a couple tabs.
