Hi everyone.

Does this work for you guys over Apple Carplay? I use an iPhone X with latest iOS and Spotify, and it won't show album cover art :(

I've got a 12 Pro. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. I've used Spotify, Audible and Overcast and none of them seem to work more or less than any of the others.

 

I'd assume it works with the radio but I rarely use that

 

Works fine for me. We use both Apple Carplay with Iphone 12 and Android auto on samsung S20 both shows album art from Spotify on the Columbus infotainment and in the instrument if you choose that.

Likewise. CarPlay with iPhone XR and Spotify - album artwork displayed fine on the Columbus Infotainment screen (both full screen CarPlay and the mini version on the Home Screen). 

I have my iPhone connected wirelessly, not that it should make any difference.

I ordered my RS without Columbus, what features i will be missing?
as far as i understood:
some internal memory?

usb c ?

anything else useful?
