PDC retrofit, coding problem

As title suggests amongst other projects I retrofitted factory pdc (parking assist) to my wife's Citigo...everything went smoothly with installation (with the help of vag retrofit guide), but I run into trouble when trying to code the PDC using VCDS....

Firstly , before I even tried to code pdc, I took a log and got the following fault code:

(Btw whenever I put in reverse I always got a 1sec sound...)

When I used VCDS to try to code the pdc , in the park assist option there was no option to activate it....everything that was there was the following...no byte or bit for pdc!!!

Any ideas how to code the PDC using vcds???

( Don't know if it matters but pdc module came from a 2012 VW up!  and my wife's Citigo is a 2015 model)
