I finally fixed my regulator using a repair kit. Now I know you can grease the tracks with lithium grease but what about the plastic gear wheel, should I grease this?

Just fire it back together as you see fit.

 

The car will die long before the window gives you any issue.

Now the lock BOWDEN cable for the inner door handle is not working well, before a slight tug and it would open the door now a strong pull with pliers is needed, does this mean I need a new BOWDEN cable, I assumed it's stretched, or can I adjust it?

 

So the card has been off for a good few days and I've been opening the door by directly pulling the lock cable, obviously something has happened.
