Boot liner query

Featured Replies

I have the estate but I think and I hope to be corrected I may have the saloon boot liner in my car, this is what was in it when I got it.

Then I was thinking is there the gap at the sides if you have the adjustable boot partitions.

Have I the right boot liner? As any other estate I have had the OEM liners covered the whole boot and looks a much neater fit.

Excuse the dirt it just brought back a tonne bag of bark..

I have the same in my estate also. The difference in mine is, I have the 2 tracks either side of the mat and the bar to help stop stuff rolling about.

There are two versions, you have the one meant for the cars with the rails either side. I also have the wrong one in mine! ( no rails, gaps either side).

I take it no one has a part number?

It's one of the few things that bugs me about the car!!

Im looking for a boot liner for the estate with rails and can't find one for sale anywhere, only the one for estates with no rails.

If either of you buy a new one for your vehicles id be interested in buying the rail one off you?

Link me to the ones with out rails and we can sort something out

I fitted this one to my estate. Would definitely recommend it. It fills the entire boot area.

My car has the rails but I never use them so took all the bits off. The rails are still there but this is flexible enough to just go over them.

Is it rubber like the OEM liner? Or a hard plastic?

It's rubber with gripper pads, really stops things like shopping bags sliding around.

There are plenty of non Skoda boot liners for the superb estate if you don't mind it being non Skoda.

These are just 2 of the ones I found. Since they are non Skoda ones they just fill the boot space without worrying about the rails is my understanding.

I am also trying to source just the OEM front rubber drivers mat as I have all the rest just the orginal has failed

I contacted my local skoda and they say I have to order all 4 mats, the other 3 mats are in perfect condition and just seems a waste

My Superb estate came with a liner which is clearly stamped "Octavia"! It seems to be a genuine Skda part from the stamp on the underside.

Surprisingly. it fits exactly at the front with the chamfered corners, and down the sides. The rear edge is straighter than the boot lip profile of the Superb so there's a few cm gap in the middle.

So it's a good make-do fix if you happen to see a cheap Octavia mat on Ebay or wherever.

Would you have a picture just to see the fit

@Walder have you seen my posts? I've literally given you the genuine part number you need twice in this thread, including a link for the item.

Why are you entertaining the idea of fitting an Octavia one instead?!

Here you go. The Octavia stamp is just visible on the near edge.
