Hi all, I have recently bought a 2019 Karoq 2.0 Sportline and I've got an issue with the sat nav(Amundsen model) I can't seem to get traffic flow or delays or route information, on the settings page (in the map section) if you scroll to the bottom it says 'traffic flow settings' but it's faded out so you can't select it, has anybody got any ideas or a remedy please?

It will be due to the connect contract needing renewing is my guess.
