Hi all

 

Anybody else getting an annoying rattle from the passenger side rear from the hatchback? I don't get it all the time (it comes and goes even on the same journey) but it sounds like the hatch isn't closed tightly. I have removed the spare and tool kit and I still get it. To be fair I haven't tried taking the parcel shelf out.

I have auto closing and despite it going into the dealer they said fault not found (odd b/c it is pretty loud)

 

Anybody had similar?

Lots of people have, see Constant creaking and rattling from Boot. I cured my rattle very easily and completely with a squirt of grease.

I followed your instruction and greased the dampers, so much better. Thanks
