Climatic temperature adjustment doesn't work

Hi All,

I can't set the temperature on my Superb Mk II (2010) Climatic system. It blows hot when the temperature control dial is turned to the rightmost position. In any other position it is totally cold (with AC on). I found this topic discussing a similar issue, but I'm not sure how relevant it is in my case. How can I track down the source of the problem? Would the first thing be a VCDS scan as suggested in the other topic?
