Issue with Skoda Connect

Okay, having an issue with registering as the primary user on Skoda Connect. Getting the error message 'Please try again or contact customer services'. I've not heard good things about customer service from Skoda so hoping for a fix from you guys.

After emailing Skoda customer services I had to take mine into the dealership for this resolving, it does partially work now

    You have to go to the dealers for a fix there's a safety feature they should have switched off at the factory
